Simmons Mold and Die Company, Inc. established in 1998 with a strategy focused primarily towards the plastic injection and die cast mold industries. Precision workmanship and timely project completion dates positioned the company as one of the leading mold builders in the state and the mid-south.
As time passed it became obvious that our ability to survive in this highly competitive market would necessitate a modification in our market strategy. A decision was made to acquire a plastic injection business and expand the existing mold and die business to offer metal stamping dies from progressive to single station and the necessary tool engineering expertise.
The initial phase of this modification transpired in January 2005 with the acquisition of our plastic injection company. This new company allowed us to make available a more diverse scope of services for our existing customers and potential new customers.
The second phase of this modification involved the physical move of the mold and die shop from the old Little Rock location to our newly renovated Vilonia location next door to the plastic injection business, the acquisition of two pieces of capital equipment (a Makino SP43 wire edm and an Okuma L370 Captain cnc lathe) and hiring a tooling engineer with over 36 years experience in the metal stamping business.
The plastic injection business operates 24 hours per day 5 days a week to handle your every need. We can process run quantities from small to large including, but not limited to, assembly, ultrasonic welding, quality control and packaging.
The mold and die shop operated 48 hours per week. We offer design services, mold and die construction, special machine design and construction and production piece part machining on our wire edm and cnc lathe. We can work from your CAD files in any format or take your concept from design to finish product.

Through this website you will be able to see your current inventory of parts on hand, place an order or change your existing order. You can check your current tooling status, when last serviced, due to be serviced or if in production, including current construction status. The maintenance and upgrading of the website will be an ongoing process in an effort to service our customer's needs in the best way possible.
